Chapter member Russ Harris will be giving his presentation on remixing and editing. Have you ever needed to make a "clean" edit even cleaner? How about adding an easily-beatmixed intro or a kick drum to some tracks? Russ will show you the basics of editing and remixing songs. This is the same presentation he gave at the Las Vegas Mobile Beat Convention!!! As an introduction into our three part series beginning in April, we will also be featuring a DVD seminar titled "What Venues Say About DJs." Mobile Beat Chicago Event

In place of our regular meeting at our regular location, the Chicagoland ADJA will be meeting at the Mobile Beat DJ Show in Skokie. Tuesday night there will be a National ADJA/ Chicagoland ADJA sponsored party/networking event. All Chicagoland ADJA members are invited along with all Mobile Beat attendees. Please come out and support the local conference and enjoy the festivities.

Speed Marketing Session

All attendees are asked to bring in a piece of their marketing material to share with others. We will be setting up 3-5 minutes "one-on-one" sessions between members. The goal is to teach other members about your company, your marketing style, and hopefully add some new DJ companies to your referral network. Many members are always looking for new companies to refer when they are booked... Now is your chance to let everyone know your specialties, travel area, and other general information.
